As the Customer Service Operations Agent your responsibilities include:

•  Coordinating all customer service requirements including reservations, itinerary preparation, and handling
   customer concerns/issues
• Selling and prepare airline tickets, conduct passenger and baggage check-ins, allocate seats, and coordinate cargo activities while meeting the Transport Canada regulations
• Performing ramp duties including aircraft marshalling and baggage/cargo handling
• Maintaining the facility and aircraft grooming

The successful team players will be self-motivated and possess excellent customer service, communication, organizational and time management skills. The ability to obtain the Airport Security Pass and adapt quickly to changing work situations is required.  We are seeking candidates who have the flexibility to work part time on the weekends and evenings.
